Inakaya Japanese Restaurant

We went on a Saturday night around 6pm and it was really busy: we had a 25 minute wait, which didn't really bother us, but if you hate waiting, be warned. You can request to sit at the sushi bar-we asked for first available and lucked into the bar anyway. It was very interesting to watch the chefs make the beautiful rolls. We ordered a noodle dish and several rolls and everything tasted great and had good presentation. The sushi is available across a good price range, starting at $4, so you can eat fairly inexpensively, depending on what you order. I've eaten at numerous sushi places and this one had great food. The service was a little slow, but they were obviously working at capacity.

By far the best in town! I've been to almost all of the other sushi places, this always feels and tastes a notch above. Fish is always fresh and the menu has a variety of options, never a degrade in quality. Not to be confused with the other restaurant that shares the same name.
